I've been eyeing this collection polishes since they got out in Europe. And finally I got my pieces.
I picked up these two #01 My Sparkling Acrobat and #03 Applause, Applause, the pink and golden polish didn't appeal to much to me, so I left them out.
Like the regular 3 color ranges, these can be used as two single polishes or over each other.
In single swatches the opaqueness of the color took me by surprise. Usually essence colors need a few layers for coverage. The black needed only one single coat and the red one was with 1-2 coats good to go! I must admit I had a few blacks over the years and each of them would look grayish until the 3-4th layer. But this is one hell of a strong black, I love it!
The black looks unbelievable glossy and smooth! Who would believe this is one single layer?!
Excuse me for the paint on side, but I sometimes have shaky hands while painting lol
The red is very nice vivid and bloody looking, with a neat glossy finish aswell
The glitters are like usual rather mediocore on itself but to spread quite some flakes with 2 layers.
The black with gold flakes looked lovely, like the space :D
The red&red on the other hand was rather not so noticeable, from far it looked more glittery.
The top overlay is really only visible when looking very closely.
Instead of red&red I felt that the red topping would match nicely with the black.
And it did! I really like this combination.
In Singapore the CircusCircus Trend Edition is still being restocked, on one hand nice for grabbing stuff on the other hand we miss out a lot of the different Trend Editions.
So far it is only available at Watons for 4.50SGD per color3 nail polish.
